Sponsor forms
Becoming a regular sponsor is easy. Make a regular payment to Mercy Rescue Trust to cover the level of sponsorship you want to provide.
1) Download the forms below. There is a standing order mandate and, if you are a UK tax payer, a gift aid declaration form.

2) Complete the forms. There are detailed instructions on each form.
3) Return the forms to us. The address is on each of the forms.Remember to tell us a little about yourself and what sorts of sponsorship you are interested in - we can then keep you informed with regular updates.
